Hi,
I'm Pragna. I research and design for a living. Most days, that just means trying to understand people a little better.
I've worked in energy, healthcare, tech, and public services over the years. Different industries, but the same question keeps showing up: why do people actually do what they do, not what we assume they do. That gap is usually where the interesting work lives.
I have a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from IIT's Institute of Design in Chicago, and before that I studied textile design in India from National Institute of Fashion Technology. It's an unusual pairing, but it's part of why I approach research the way I do.
My background spans a lot of places and disciplines. It shows up in how I ask questions, notice patterns, and make sense of what I find.
